So it looks as though Northumberland has trumped with the fewest pea seeds. My husband has Welsh roots though, so I'm 'peased' off that I didn't get more! I need to count my squash seeds.....

Well I was wondering what to do with the peas to be honest with you, there aren't enough to bother planting in the garden, I was thinking about planting up in a pot for pea shoots over winter.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

That's what I've done with mine - they fit a small pot comfortably

I've never overwintered peas before, are they ok outside, or will I see better returns if I bring them under cover, or in the greenhouse?

I kept mine in the GH last year - that way they're easy to pick for a sandwich. If it wasn't tiddling down I'd go and have a look, see if they're up yet
Hot off the press - they're not through yet but it won't be long. They're much bigger after a week in damp soil

Aww thanks, VVG! Just as well I have a proper packet of Meteors somewhere! This time I'll put some netting over the pot to keep the greedy little beggars out.
