Anyone managed to get the Onion offer in February issue?

I tried to order some onions from the Mr Fothergill's offer in the February issue, which should have free postage. I typed in the address given on the bottom of the page under How to Order but could not get the onions with free postage? Anyone else managed to buy them? Many thanks.
