  • Trouble with blueberry T & M offer in March's magazine

    Just got my March edition this morning and noticed the T & M blueberry offer, was in the market for some blueberries as the one bush I had died last year (going with pots this year as it was too wet in the ground I think).

    Went to the link as given in the mag and added the offer to the basket BUT it keeps adding another £4.95 p and p on top.

    Have emailed T & M but just wondering if I am doing it wrong some how?

    Maybe the offer isn't "live" yet since the magazine has only just been published? Just guessing!

      Not sure really as the offers list exactly as on the mag, it goes in the basket and shows at the post only price of £5.95, but once you go to pay it adds the extra P & P on.

      Perhaps the offers have only just been listed online and someone missed removing the extra p & p, as you say on subscription I have got this straight away so perhaps things are fully up and running.

      Still it prompted me to get around to doing the potato offer from Feb that I had forgotten about and that went through at £5.95 no probs. Will hang fire and re try the blueberries in a few days.

                I am very sorry your experienced some problems getting our latest offer for the Blueberry to work online Ali. As you have recently ordered the Potato offer I assume you are familiar with our online offers and the requirement for the order code in the basket, so I won't go over these details.

                      Thanks Natalie, I actually retried today and did the same thing as last time, but this time it worked perfectly so will look forward to my blueberries coming.

                      The only trouble with going to your site for offers is all the other tempting things, especially seeds, already have far, far too many leftover from the last couple of years.

                        Glad you're sorted Ali - I had this problem once before and it turned out the code just hadnt gone 'live' yet - you were too keen!!
