I started making my own a few weeks ago, with a flask, warm milk and a starter yeo valley yogurt. It seemed to be going quite well and on the whole I am pleased with the results; however todays lot is quite sour and frothy
.....not like the last or previous lots......could it be its been left to ferment too long? (24 hours in airing cupboard) Or maybe a contaminent? Or maybe I am overreacting?
