Toms are tiny and only one of the Fiaschetto has germinated. Great shame as I had high hopes of them. Anyway, will be buying some RAF toms in as plug plants.
Meanwhile, after the devastating hailstorm, the wind has dried the land out enough in places for some gardening to proceed. JT's lettuce seedlings in. Pot beds to be worked this afternoon, so they'll go in soon.
And enjoyed the sight this morning of a pair of windchat shrikes in the dying almond tree in front of the house. Mr very enthusiastic, Mrs less so.
