I was weeding away quite happily this afternoon when I heard a small high pitched voice declare "We've found another one Miss! A lady gardener". There was a group of 5 or 6 year olds behind me, observing my attempts to weed (teacher trailing behind). Although not a fan of children I had to grin and then had a conversation comparing the merits of flowers and vegetables with the very intelligent and polite child who'd spotted the elusive "lady" gardener. I think I may have just spotted the next Attenborough.
