Over the plot today, one of the guys was using an oval hoe which is edged all round. He could say where it came from as it was a gift. Anyone have any ideas?
OH saw a hoe sounding similar in our local large garden centre, I never look at things like that too busy amongst plants , seeds and compost
It's a strikes place . Not sure if same thing.

1. I did not know there were so many types of hoe...
2. I don't understand how I'm supposed to use the hoe I've got, so I definitely don't need anymore
I have a Dutch Hoe (given to me by my cousin, a simple hoe (given to me by my neighbour after mine got niched), an onion hoe, a swoe (mainly because it was reduced to £2.50 and I hate passing up a bargain) and a digging hoe (which could weed out small bushes).

Rather than start a new thread, I thought I would introduce my Squoe................basically it's a hoe for SFG. It's 4 ft long, the blade is 3cm square with 3 sides sharpened. As I find a standard hoe too wide, you can draw this between the plants like a knife through butter. I really should patent some of these madcap ideas...........
