Have been on the allotment and things are very slow is anyone else finding this? The Beetroot is struggling, along with the French Beans and my Carrots have spaces where none have come through at all. We have planted Asparagus crowns for the first time earlier this year, most have sent up a spear that has now grown into a fern. What do we do with them now, let them continue or cut them down? Also would love to make Elderflower cordial any ideas.
