Roast chicken with roasted veg. We're eating a lot of roast chicken at the moment, but I found a bag of parsnips at a supermarket, so it seemed a good excuse. Pineapple for pud.
Finally got around to doing the Trinidad and Tobago goat curry that Snoop Puss found. It needs about 1/3rd of the liquid that the recipe calls for and would probably work as well, or better with braising steak. Going to treat it as a 'work in progress'

Tonight quiche, probably cheese, onion and mushroom which is my favourite at the moment, tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake, beer battered onion rings and sweetcorn.
Fresh ripe peaches (yellow sticker when I picked up Mr GF's newspaper yesterday) and cream.
I think we might have managed a few of our 5 a day there!
